Enchanted
with the idea of hand spinning yarns, I filled a spare room in
my home with lovely white angora rabbits. While learning to spin
angora, I waited for my small group of bunnies to grow to the
herd I would need. Along the way, I discovered miniature
needle felting, and have been "stuck" ever since.
Needle
felting is the process of intertwining fibers with a very sharp
barbed needle until a firm fabric or sculpture is formed.
Angora is a precious fiber that is very fine, light weight, and
warm. It has a smooth silky like touch.
Inspired by
my beautiful angora rabbits, I set out to imitate their sweet
personalities with needle felted miniatures. Soon my mind was
flooded with new ideas to share with you.
Also offering
mini fiber art supplies to fellow crafters! Extra fine
crochet hooks, micro tatting thread, and much more! Join
